Questions

Before the visit

What happens at the site visit?

Kristen or Julio walks the yard with you. We measure, mark where water comes in and leaves, check how deep we can dig and write down what you want to keep.

How do I pay?

A deposit holds the start date and covers the plants and rock ordered for your job. We bill the rest in stages as the work goes in. Check, card or bank transfer. The terms are on your estimate.

Do you work in the rain, the heat or a freeze?

We don't dig in a storm, and in the hottest weeks we start at dawn and stop by early afternoon. Rain is useful: we watch where water goes and adjust the plan. A hard freeze pauses planting.

What should I do before you arrive?

Mark any plant you want to keep and tell us where the irrigation valves and any buried lines are, if you know. Note where water runs after a storm. A photo from the last rain helps.
